🦃How much turkey do you need? We recommend at least one pound per person for whole turkeys and bone-in parts. For boneless turkey meat like breast roasts or hams we recommend 0.5lb per person. Boneless Turkey Breast Roasts 🦃 All the white meat, none of the carving🍽️ We start with fresh boneless, skin-on turkey breasts and hand-roll them into netting ourselves. Just season, cook right in the netting, and slice. Available in sizes 3–13lbs. We recommend at least ½ lb per person. For leftovers get a size or two larger.
